About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Home and Mobile Home Improvement Center as a Home Improvement Residential and Mobile Homes Installer! This exciting role offers the opportunity to enhance the living spaces of our clients in Florence, SC, while working with a passionate team dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain residential and mobile home structures, including roofing, siding, and flooring, kitchens, and bathrooms.
Conduct on-site assessments to determine project requirements and provide accurate estimates.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored home improvement solutions.
Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and building codes.
Utilize hand and power tools effectively and safely.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.
Communicate progress and any challenges to project managers and clients.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and techniques.

Requirements:

Proven experience in home improvement or construction, particularly with mobile homes.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
Must agree to drug, alcohol, and background checks.
